On the web, a delegated Arrangementsansvarlig can operate this event without becoming an organisation administrator or gaining role assignment. Finance covers this event’s finances. Beskyttet leser is separate, with purpose and auditing; no role automatically grants the others. Open reports with the correct role and check event, status selection and data timestamp. Exports are offered only for permitted fields and formats; not every member sees every answer. For unavailable reports, expired exports or changed access, obtain a new permitted report in the right context. Do not treat missing fields as zero or redistribute exports to bypass access.

Complete, cancel and archive have different effects

Open event actions and choose for the actual situation. Fullfør … and Avlys … open separate confirmations and are final without reopening in this flow. Arkiver is a different lifecycle action, not a promise of deletion or refund. Read the consequences for registrations and further operation before confirming, then check saved event status and separate information/settlement cases. For a version conflict or unknown outcome, reload the event before reconsidering the same action. Do not repeat several closure actions to obtain a missing receipt.
