Publish an event and manage places

Resolve the publication blocker and choose access

On the web, open the organisation event and read the publication check. Correct contact details, start/end and time zone in Rediger oppsett; follow the indicated location for manager, domain rules, any open code/QR, family categories, subscription and payment readiness. Save and retry publication on the same draft, then check published status. Direct registration and approval-based registration differ: approval requires an organiser decision before a confirmed place. Domain access, personal invitation and open access determine eligibility; QR and shared links are distribution methods, not ways around access rules. If refused, check the selected rule and the specific registration instead of promising a place.

Waiting list, offer and the actual deadline

Distinguish total capacity, a temporary hold, waiting list and place offer from confirmed registration. On the web, Neste på ventelisten offers an available place; the normal queue uses longest waiting time, while an override needs a reason. Read the outcome and that recipient’s status. An offer is not an accepted place or received payment. Use the deadline actually shown for the offer or payment, not a general deadline from another activity. After expiry or a released hold, refresh places and registration status before another offer; do not promise the same place after late payment.
