Budget, forecast, earned rewards and card authorisation

Read the different amounts separately

On the web in campaign finances, compare the expected forecast, maximum reward obligation and actual so far across every tier. A gift card’s face value is not necessarily the total; use the current server quote and consent for fees and totals, plus the terms. Budget is a comparison, forecast an assumption, participant capacity an admission limit and card authorisation a charging limit. A low forecast does not stop earning. Check the quote and authorisation before approving; stop for a mismatched or unavailable quote instead of calculating your own price.

When more people qualify or authorisation is used up

Earned reward claims remain even if more people qualify than forecast or authorisation is exhausted. At Kortrammen må økes, an authorised organiser must approve the updated quote before sending can charge more. Earlier charges count towards the same lifetime authorisation; a new approval opens only the difference, not an additional cap. Read back the approved authorisation and status, then continue the same reward claim when offered. Do not create a new claim or attempt repeated card charges to bypass the block.

Actual cost and reconciliation

Keep actual payments, rewards and manually entered other costs separate. Missing figures do not mean zero. Avstemming kreves signals incomplete or inconsistent settlement evidence; an unavailable forecast or missing finance permission is a different issue. Open details with the correct finance access, compare recorded outcomes and stop new charges while settlement is unclear. Give RIVL the case/payment reference and visible status if the evidence remains unresolved, never card information.
