Check permission, timing and consequences

On the web, open the specific campaign or competition in the correct organisation. Edit only fields still offered before or after start; current organiser access is checked even if you originally created it. Read the confirmation before cancelling and check saved status afterwards. Permanent removal is a separate action after cancellation with stricter creator requirements; a campaign creator must also retain valid organisation access. A missing button does not mean a colleague should bypass the block. Cancellation or removal does not confirm a refund or erasure of all personal/payment records. Competition start date, mode, team size, checklist and fairness configuration are pre-start choices. After start, title, description, end date, control/validation settings, companion requirements, visibility and access can still be edited when offered. Campaign editing includes end date, minimum session duration, daily cap, goal, visibility, moderation and access. A campaign closed after its end date has a time-based status; cancelled and permanently removed are different states.
