Choose and prepare a campaign
Last checked 15 October 2026
Purpose, teams and a collective goal
Use a campaign for effort over a period, a competition for comparable results and an event for registration, programme and options. For a low-threshold workplace campaign, agree the audience, period, counted activity types, limits, teams, visibility, access, moderation and rewards before sharing. Select walking, cycling and strength if they should count; check the summary. Departments can be named teams, while individual scoring follows the configuration. A collective campaign goal totals the selected unit across the group; it is not automatically a reward threshold per employee. This setup does not establish a health or motivation effect.
Saved is not always ready to share
Check the organisation, current subscription, capacity, active activities and period limits before creating. Use current billing information instead of old price tables. After saving, open the campaign and follow any payment or reward readiness steps. A saved campaign blocked from sharing is not necessarily a failed creation. When readiness allows it, share the available code, link, QR or invitation. Resolve the specific blocker and refresh the same campaign; do not create a copy to bypass it.
