Deliver rewards and read sending status
Last checked 15 October 2026
Delivery method, automation and a locked draw
Check the reward’s delivery method: digital gift cards and manual/physical rewards use different paths. Digital delivery does not enable automatic sending; automation is a separate choice and defaults to off. RIVL operates the Huuray integration, but selecting it does not guarantee every provider or send is currently available. Check readiness and the outcome on the actual reward. For manual delivery, confirm real handover through the permitted flow. Finalising a draw locks its result; retrying delivery is not a new draw. Treat reward tiers and the draw separately.
Unknown outcome and the correct next action
Open the same reward claim and read server status: earned, delivery started, purchased, sent, confirmed and failed are different. A submitted request is not a delivery receipt. If Send has an unknown outcome, refresh status and use only the offered next action for the same operation. Do not blindly order or charge again; purchased may already mean an obligation exists. Reminders, resends and new delivery have separate guards. If uncertainty remains, retain the receipt/case reference and visible status for RIVL without unnecessary recipient personal data or card details.
