When help or a support case does not resolve the problem

Last checked 15 October 2026

You should have a next step when search, an article or an earlier reply does not help. Explain what blocks you now and what you already tried.

No results or a missing button

Try one specific feature word, such as Garmin, invitation or feedback, then browse its category. For an ambiguous word, add the goal: sending a session to a watch or receiving a notification. Check the app/web section and whether the action belongs in participant or organizer view. On the website, check the selected organization.

If the button is absent, stop following that procedure. Use Contact us below the article and give its title, screen, app/web and app version. Include your role for an organization issue. Outdated advice is not a reason to change accounts or buy again.

Saved help while offline

The saved-help notice means the text was fetched earlier. Last checked is the content verification date, not proof of a fresh connection or today's account status. Reconnect and reopen the article or use getrivl.app. After a read error, retry or write to us. You can read saved guidance, but payment, registration and access need online confirmation.

Send a case you can follow

In the app, open profile, help and feedback, then the technical-problem or help option. Describe the expected result, what happened and your last action. Review the technical information before sending. Note the case ID in the receipt, then open your cases for status and the RIVL reply. If sending was interrupted, check the list before resending. Retry a failed read; it does not mean the case was deleted.

On the website, use feedback or email below. Ordinary email is not promised to synchronize with the app case list. Check your email inbox when you used email. You can close the app while waiting and return to the list later. We cannot promise a specific reply time here.

Repeated advice, a closed case or a persistent error

Read the reply and try only relevant steps. If they do not help, write again with the case ID, blocking step and checks actually performed. You can ask Nikolai to look at the case. The app list has no dedicated reopen button or complete conversation thread; use a new submission or email referring to the original case ID. You need not repeat everything.

When testing a correction, report the app version or website, time and outcome. Answered or Closed does not prove a correction is available in your app build. Check whether it concerns the app, website or a service, and report if the same error persists.

Account details and personal questions

Ask about the specific account or activity. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, identity documents or full health history. If you already sent a sensitive image, tell support its case and time without resending it, and ask for help with the shared content. Further handling is confirmed in the case; your request alone is not a deletion receipt.

Use the Coach conversation for personal training advice. Technical Coach faults, purchases and missing sessions still belong with product support. Split a mixed question into a technical case and a personal Coach question. Email support@getrivl.app if the form is unavailable.
