Download your data

You can download a copy of the data RIVL holds about you.

In the app

1. Go to Profile. Under Privacy & data, tap Export my data.
2. Tap Bestill dataeksport (Request data export). This can take a little time; you can follow the progress on screen.
3. When the export is ready, tap Last ned og lagre (Download and save).

On getrivl.app

Go to Settings. Under Personvern og data (Privacy and data), select Be om dataeksport (Request data export), then Last ned ZIP (Download ZIP) when it is ready.

What do you get?

A ZIP file with a readable overview, CSV files for data types that can be displayed as tables, and the full export as JSON. The copy covers areas including your account, competitions, activities, health data, Coach, payments and connections. Login keys and technical payment keys are excluded.

Useful to know

• The export is not sent by email. You download it in the app or on getrivl.app.
• The file is available for up to seven days. You can delete it sooner with Slett eksportfil (Delete export file).
• You can request three exports per day.
