Change your email address

You sign in to RIVL with your email address. This is how you change it.

In the app

1. Go to Profile and tap Edit profile.
2. Under EMAIL ADDRESS, tap Change.
3. Enter the new address and tap Send codes.
4. First you get a code at the email address you use today. Enter it and tap Confirm the code.
5. Then you get a code at the new address. Enter it and confirm that too.

When both codes are accepted, the app says the email address has been changed. Next time you sign in with the new address.

On getrivl.app

Tap your profile picture at the top and choose Change email. The steps are the same as in the app.

No code?

The codes have eight digits and are valid for 15 minutes. Check your spam folder. After a minute you can tap Send new codes.

The old address stays in use until both codes are accepted. If you stop halfway, nothing changes.
