What the organiser sees about you
Last checked 16 October 2026
When you join a campaign, competition or event, the organiser sees some information about you.
Campaigns and competitions
- Your name and profile picture.
- Your email address and full name so the organiser can contact participants.
- Your campaign workouts, including duration and distance.
- In competitions: your result, time and workout details, including heart rate and its graph if the workout has them.
- In competitions with categories: sex and year of birth. Other participants in the same competition also see these because they determine the category.
The organiser can download result lists and workout overviews.
Events
The organiser sees your name, registration status, selections and answers to registration questions. For group registrations, the organiser also sees names and birth years when these are provided in the registration.
The phone number in your RIVL profile is not shown in these overviews. The organiser can see information you enter yourself during registration.
The privacy policy explains more about how this information is used.
