Separate subscription, participant payments and reward cards

Free participation does not mean one shared payment setup

On the web, open Betalingsoppsett for the correct organisation. Organisation subscription, receiving participant payments through Stripe Connect and paying for digital rewards are separate paths. A free campaign may still need a subscription or reward card depending on its choices; Connect concerns receiving payments, not automatically every free activity. Follow Stripe’s actual requirements for that account. Requirements vary by country, business and requested capabilities; see Stripe verification. Submitted information does not mean charges and payouts are enabled. Check both statuses and outstanding requirements. Do not send identity documents to RIVL chat.

Prepare the correct card and follow the next action

The subscription payment method is not automatically the reward card. An owner or administrator can use Legg til premiekort; finance access alone does not permit this. Card setup stores the payment method without charging at registration; later reward payment needs its own quote and consent. Read readiness guidance and complete only the requested authentication or approval. Check status after returning before retrying. This text does not confirm a particular card change or customer portal works on your account. For persistent errors, provide the payment path, organisation and status, never a card number, security code or one-time code.
