Choose, create and close an organisation

Creation and missing account proof

On the web, sign in with a confirmed email, open organisation settings and choose Opprett organisasjon. Complete the fields, then check that the organisation appears with you as owner. The server decides whether creation can finish. If stored identity or age proof is missing, keep the account and send RIVL the visible error. Do not restart Vipps or create another account to fix this. If the outcome is unclear, refresh the organisation list before creating again.

The right organisation and creation surface

Campaigns and organisation events belong to a selected organisation. Personal competition creation has its own purchase path. With several organisations, select the right one before opening activities or finances; an all-organisations view does not grant access to everything. If activities disappear after switching, check the selected organisation and membership before assuming deletion. If personal packages appear, go back and check the organisation and creation route before paying. Ask the owner to check access if the correct organisation is still missing.

Deletion has its own conditions

Only the owner can request organisation deletion. Read the eligibility check, resolve content, event or payment blockers and keep necessary exports first. Enter the organisation name and confirm the consequences only when the check allows it. A refusal is not a deletion receipt. Deleting an organisation does not promise erasure of every payment, accounting or personal record; see privacy.
