Connect COROS and import training data
Last checked 15 October 2026
Connect your COROS account to RIVL to import completed activities, sleep, HRV and daily stress. First sync your watch with the COROS app so the data is on the correct COROS account.
Connect COROS
- Sign in to getrivl.app and open Settings → Integrations.
- Find COROS and choose connect. Sign in to COROS with the account used by your watch, then read and approve the requested access.
- Complete the browser flow and return to RIVL. Check that COROS shows connected. If you cancelled consent, start again from the COROS card.
Import activities, sleep, HRV and stress
Choose sync on the COROS card and wait for the result. RIVL imports the data your COROS account shares within these categories. Check the activity count, last sync and dates in your training history. Also check the date of sleep, HRV and stress data: your watch must first record it and sync it to COROS. A day without source data has no measurement in RIVL.
The COROS connection imports training data. To perform a planned Coach workout on a device, open the workout's export menu and follow the guide for the destination shown there.
If connection or sync stops
Check your internet connection and that you are still signed in to RIVL. If COROS access expired, reconnect and approve access at COROS. If the service asks you to wait, wait as directed before syncing again. After interrupted or uncertain retrieval, refresh the status and look for the activity in history before retrying or logging it manually.
If one activity or data category is missing for a date, first check it exists on the same COROS account with the correct date. Sync the watch to COROS, then sync again in RIVL and check the result. If you remain stuck, send the service, date, app/web, time and visible error to support@getrivl.app. You do not need to send health/GPS files or sign-in codes.
Disconnect COROS
Open the COROS card, choose disconnect and read the confirmation before continuing. RIVL stops importing new data. Previously imported data stays in RIVL and nothing is deleted at COROS. Check that RIVL shows disconnected. If told to remove access separately at COROS, open connected apps in your COROS account and remove RIVL's access there. Contact support if the status remains unclear.
