When a campaign activity does not count

Some button names below are quoted in Norwegian because those screens currently use that text.
Find the activity and rule
Open the campaign and, on web, Mine økter (my activities). Find the activity before logging again. Compare its type and duration with campaign rules. A saved activity may be too short or use a type that does not count. Use its true type; do not change duration to bypass a rule.
For yesterday's training, use the real date if the form allows it within the campaign period. A web date cannot be in the future. Receiving an import now does not make an activity outside the period count. For a date-boundary error, report the real activity date and displayed campaign period rather than guessing another date.
Daily limits and duplicates
Eligible activities fill daily slots in registration order, with a fixed order for tied timestamps. An activity you excluded uses no slot; another may therefore begin to count. Check the list after the change.
Garmin/Strava copies may represent one physical activity when source and timing evidence match. The same date or distance alone does not prove duplication. If two look alike or one is missing, keep them while it is investigated; do not delete and re-log to force counting.
Approval or a flag
With activity moderation, approved and flagged activities can count when the other campaign rules are met. A submitted activity still awaiting review does not count while moderation is on. Without activity moderation, submitted activities can also count. A flag is not rejection; read any organiser request for an explanation. A participant awaiting approval is a separate state and can still have logging access. Check both activity and participant status; ask about the displayed reason rather than assuming disqualification.
Standings and rewards
A counted campaign activity contributes to your personal total. If the campaign has crews, your contribution also enters the crew total; do not register it again for the team. Open the campaign leaderboard in participant view. On the website, choose Deltakere for individuals or Lag for crews when offered. Use the same period and metric in both views. If a crew or names are missing, check membership and campaign visibility with the organiser. This describes campaign crews, not companion/team competition scoring.
Compare the same period and metric. Your or others' activity, approvals and exclusions can change standings. Personal progress, a campaign crew and a competition team differ; do not combine their views into one scoring rule.
Reaching a threshold, being awarded and receiving a reward are separate steps. Open the reward view and check status. If a reward check failed after a confirmed save, retry that check as described in Log an activity, not the activity itself.
Logging is closed
Read the campaign notice. Finished, cancelled, removed or left does not mean a provider error. A billing restriction can block logging for everyone; the organiser must resolve it. A warning alone does not always block logging. Visible history does not itself grant new logging access.
If unresolved, contact the organiser or support@getrivl.app with campaign, activity date, displayed reason and app/web. Say what you compared; do not send training files or another person's activity.
