Delete your account

Once you delete your account, it cannot be restored. If you want to keep your data, export it first; see Download your data.

In the app

1. Go to Profile. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
2. Read what is deleted, anonymised and retained. If you have a Coach subscription, tick the box confirming that you understand it must be cancelled separately. Tap Fortsett (Continue).
3. Enter your email address and tap Slett konto permanent (Delete account permanently).

On getrivl.app

Go to Settings. Under Konto (Account), select Slett konto (Delete account). As an organiser, you will find Slett min konto (Delete my account) under Personvern & data (Privacy & data).

Before you delete

• Subscription: Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play or on getrivl.app first.
• Organisation: If you are an organisation’s only owner, you must first transfer ownership to someone else under Medlemmer og tilganger (Members and access), or delete the organisation.

What happens to your data?

• Your account, profile and personal data are deleted, including data from connected services and Coach.
• Competition results are retained without your name so that the result lists remain consistent.
• Campaign activities are retained in anonymised form so that the campaign’s figures remain consistent.
• Payment, accounting, audit and moderation records may be retained for as long as the law or a documented security need requires. The direct link to your account is removed or restricted where possible.
