Get access to RIVL Coach

A valid subscription or active trial gives you access to Coach. Access and a training plan are separate: you can have Coach without an active plan and import training history before creating one. Ordinary training, campaigns and competitions do not require a Coach subscription.

See the price and choose a subscription

Open Coach from Training in the app, or go to Coach on getrivl.app. Without access, choose See what Coach costs. If a paid period has expired, the button may instead say Renew subscription.

You see the price and terms before confirming a purchase. In the app, purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. On getrivl.app, choose Velg månedlig (monthly) or Velg årlig (yearly). You can buy a subscription without using the trial first. Some purchase buttons currently display Norwegian labels, quoted here as they appear on screen.

Free goal conversation and trial

If you see Set your goals, you can begin by discussing your goals and daily schedule. Opening this conversation does not purchase a subscription or, by itself, start the trial.

The trial lasts 14 days and is available once per account. When you are eligible, the payment screen shows Try Coach for 14 days in the app or Start prøveperioden on the web. In the app, you continue to setup before activation. Opening the payment screen again does not give you a new trial if one is already running or has been used.

Manage or cancel

In the app, go to Profile and RIVL Coach. On the web, use Manage subscription. Follow the management button for where you bought the subscription: the App Store, Google Play or the web portal. The purchase location determines where you manage it, regardless of the device you are using now.

If the app cannot confirm the payment location, use Retry loading the subscription before changing the subscription. Gjenopprett kjøp can look up an earlier store purchase that the app cannot find.

After cancelling a paid subscription, you keep Coach access until the end of the paid period. When it expires, Coach access closes, including when you have no active plan. Importing a file does not renew your subscription.
